If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of dispatch in its original unworn condition with tags and labels attached. Cost of return postage (B-post) will be included in your refund.

To return an item please contact us using the contact page and include your name, address and order details. 

Please keep hold of the proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. 

Claims will be processed once the requested returned items have been received and refunds will be issued within 14 days. 

Postage will be reimbursed for received and returned damaged items, or us sending you an incorrect item ordered. 

Orders are sent by standard Swiss post within 2/3 working days of being received. Postage costs 7.00 CHF B post.
