Payment can be made securely by credit card and there is also an option to pay by bank transfer (an email will be sent with bank details and the order will be dispatched once payment has cleared our account). If you are coming for a bra fitting then we accept cash or payment can be made with a card reader.


Online orders are sent by B-post (7chf) within 2-3 working days. We only post to addresses in Switzerland.  There is also an option to collect your order from Uster.

Postage will be reimbursed for received and returned damaged items. 


If you are unsatisified with your item we are happy for it to be returned within 14 days of dispatch, this also includes pre-ordered items. It must be unworn with tags still attached. Please contact us using the contact page if you wish to return an item. Please keep hold of the proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. 

The cost of return postage is not refundable.

Discount Codes: Only one discount code can be used per purchase.


Refunds will be processed once the requested returned items have been received and refunds will be issued within 14 days.  A refund can either by processed back to the credit card used or by bank transfer.  

How long does a bra fitting take?

I schedule 1 hour bra fitting appointments although most appointments don’t take this long. It’s important that you go away with a correctly fitted bra and are happy with your purchase.

When are bra fitting appointments?

I currently schedule bra fitting appointments every Thursday and Friday morning.  One Saturday per month I am open all day for appointments (details on Saturday openings can be found on our Facebook page).

Is there parking?

Yes, we have a visitors parking area and blue zone (1 hour) street parking.  Detailed directions will be emailed with your fitting or collection appointment.


We are happy to pre-order an item for you if we don’t have it in stock (a pre-payment of 50% is required). We place monthly orders with our suppliers at the end of the month and pre-orders need to be received by the 2nd to last working day of the month to be included. Please note that pre-orders are subject to the supplier having the product in stock if they are unable to supply the item with the next delivery you will be given the option to have a full refund or credit.
