Online Consultations
If you are unable to attend a bra fitting appointment, not sure if your current bra fits correctly and would like to book an online consultation please email me: info@bratique.ch
The consultation includes how your bra should fit correctly, different styles of bras and a fit check of your current bra (please wear a bra that you think 'fits' the best - you do not take your bra off at any stage during the consultation). I will advise you on bra styles to try and size guidance.

What methods of payment do you accept?
At a fitting payment can be made with a credit card or TWINT. For orders payment can be made by TWINT or bank transfer.
How much is a bra fitting appointment?
There is no charge for the appointment on the basis that you do want to purchase/order bras. However, if you are coming for a fitting solely to find out your size and not make a purchase/order, there will be a 50Fr fitting fee.
Returns/Refunds
Bra returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. They must be unworn and with tags still attached. A refund will be issued less postage costs for items that have been ordered by post online.
If you are returning a bra that was purchased at a fitting appointment a credit will be issued.
Briefs are non returnable due to to hygiene reasons.
Is it possible to have an order posted?
Postage for one (flat packaged) item is 2.40chf (this is dependant on the shape of the item being posted.) Otherwise orders are sent by B-post (8.50chf).
How long does a bra fitting take?
I schedule 1 hour bra fitting appointments although most appointments don’t take this long. It’s important that you go away with a correctly fitted bra and are happy with your purchase.
When are bra fitting appointments?
Appointments are available Tuesday and Wednesday 9am - 6pm. Thursday 9am - 13:30, I also schedule one Saturday per month (info is posted on the website and Facebook and Instagram pages). If you prefer a fitting at an alternative time please email me and we can work out a day and time time that suits us both.

Can my friend and I both have a fitting together?
Yes, please let me know so a double appointment is booked back to back.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have a visitors parking area and blue zone (1 hour) street parking. Detailed directions will be emailed with your fitting confirmation.
Can I make a purchase without an appointment?
If you have been to me for a fitting appointment or are sure about your correct size in any of the styles by my suppliers I’m happy to order items for you without you booking an appointment. Keep an eye on the Bratique Facebook and Instagram pages, this is updated with new colours as they become available. Please note that prepayment is required at time of ordering.
Where is Bratique?
Currently I have a room in my home as my fitting studio, bra fitting is by appointment only. I am in Uster, near Zurich. 13 minutes by train from Zurich HB and then 3 stops on the connecting bus.
What sizes do you stock?
I cater for all sizes, currently in stock I have bands from a 60 to a 95 and cups from an A to an O. Bratique is not just about supplying bras for a bigger bust! I get many queries from women thinking that I only stock very large sizes, a D cup is NOT huge and a cup size is very dependent on band size – not all D cups are the same volume!
Do you only stock the styles shown on the website?
No, I have many more styles in stock on the Bratique rail. You will find the styles stocked as shown on the website plus many more.
What is your price range?
Currently prices range from 45Fr to 90Fr for a bra. The teen range is a little less and some of the teen styles come in a two pack.
What do I need to know before my fitting?
If you have long hair, please bring a hair elastic to put your hair up. Please wear suitable clothing for the fitting (if you are wearing a dress please bring shorts etc to put on during the fitting). I will also ask you to bring along a fitted top so that we can see how the shape of the bra looks under clothing.
